Sunday, March 14th, 2010

Here is the remix of Knighthouse hit single “The Finest” featuring Sauce Kid, Ghetto P and Mo’Cheddah. And, the probability that the song would be included on Sauce Kid’s forth coming mix-tape (Da RipOff) is very high. Enjoy!

I was actually going to boycott the idea of selling this mix-tape but after going back and forth with @kayodea on twitter I had to reason alongside his vital points. He pointed out that selling mix-tapes on the Nigeria music scene could be the next big thing for Nigerian artists and regardless of how eLDee does on this mix-tape sales wise; his name would certainly go down in the history book as the artist that set the trend of selling mix-tape on the music scene.

My argument still stands though; will Nigerians buy mix-tapes when only a tiny fraction of us buy albums? I will leave that for the discussion boards and forums – the purpose of this post is to support eLDee.

Flicks From Thisday Music Festival By ‘Kayode Adegbola

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but in this case ‘Kayode Adegbola is speaking to the world through the moment he captured at Thisday Music Festival using John Strognofe invention “The Camera”.

Below are some of the pictures of R. Kelly (The R In RnB), D’banj, Don Jazzy, Ikechukwu, and Sauce Kid taken at the aforementioned music festival that was held in Lagos, Nigeria on July 4, 2009. The pictures are presented in black and white from the very interesting and unique point of view of the talented photographer ‘Kayode Adegbola. R. Kelly and Ikechukwu (with Sauce Kid) are captured in the intensity of their performances, while D’banj, Don Jazzy and Sauce Kid also pose for the photographer. I will let the visual representation speak for ‘Kayode Adegbola.
