M.I - Get Together/Blaze ft. Jesse Jagz & Ice Prince

Dude sold 30,000 copies of “Talk About It” in less than 30 minutes upon release in Gidi(Lagos), that should be about the faster moved units from a Nigerian rapper in Alaba market where piracy is the order of the day. M.I is really living up to his words ‘cos dude is a brand new experience like Vista in the music industry. Naija Stand Up!!! ‘Mola, I see you meng.

M.I - Talk About It

Let me take y’all back to the motherland with this one. M.I isn’t soft but outspoken and belligerent like every other Nigerian youths with some much to offer without an opportunity to do so. Greed and avarice has engulfed our politician to the extent that the future of the nation matter less to them. Instead of them to tackle the religious crisis that put Nigeria’s dirty clothes out for the world to see, they are busy financing investigators to monitor activities of bloggers who challenge their accountability. Raise your fight the power fist when you bump this, shout out to M.I for doing this…

Kel,M.I. - Naija Hardest

Our friend “M.I.” is back and y’all know what he’s capable of when it comes to kicking some of the next century rhymes. I’m just getting introduced to KEL and honestly I am impressed expect that she sound a little bit like SASHA. That’s a discussion for the forums, I won’t ruin the moment for y’all. It’s Naija…

M.I - Drop It Like Its Hot

It is official, M.I. is a lyrical genius and it is no use to start pointing out all his punch-lines because everything he spat was on point like Kobe Bryant’s 81-point game against the Toronto Raptors. With his bars hitting my audible range hard like a goldsmith trying to bend a metal into a ring, he is definitely en route to start burning up charts in Nigeria. His flow is preposterous (he’s rhyming like we’re in 2050) with lines such as “Red hot lava, save your saliva, study my script like Java” NOW WHAT?
His mixtape “Illegal Music” drops December ‘08.

M.I ft. Djinee - Safe (No Long Thin)

I am jumping in on this late but this single from M.I has left jaws dropped. M.I creatively use the hooks of Nigerian hit tunes to rap and he did justice to this single. Check this out “They call me M.I(higher) just because am getting thing higher, I’m spitting fire this written fire is no bullshiting. I’m sitting on top Naija rap lids higher”. He does flow tighter and there has been heavy discussions about him on African hip hop forums meaning this single has set tongues wagging.
