Gosh, I’ve never read a review as awful as this. Dude, the only thing I can say to you is stop hating.

Like seriously, what is wrong with you, more specifically your ears? I ask cos every other review I’ve read of this album has been quite good.

“….The problem is summer is all year round in Naija…..” In Summertime, Ikechukwu said that the message behind the song is that "fun loving brethren wherever they are in the world should always return to Lagos to spend their summertime". Need I say more, you really are dumb.

You really are an amateur, and I totally agree with THE 1. You should have reviewed this album with a maximum of 2 paragraphs instead of exposing yourself. Better still, stick to something else and quit writing reviews for your own good.

Come on guys. I know it's the job of a reviewer to critisize, and ok, when you love music you can be very, very demanding. Yet, Ikechukwu is one of a few rappers that I can listen to whithout actually wincing at the "deja-vu" feeling of the rhymes. (Seriously there are many songs on the market I don't even bother to listen past the minute). Not that he delivers rhymes that have never been heard before (which is an utopia, as nothing's new under the skies), but because he actually makes you fall again for sounds or styles seen before. Nobody can say music in the 90s wasn't damn good.

Don't be so harsh. Delivering the perfect rhymes is easier said than done. Don't know how well YOU would do. Just make sure the African artists don't get lost into enjoying their status and delivering us "haters" tracks. Encourage them to keep on getting better and better.

@ The 1...dont get your point really? Icon or Ikon still dont make sense. Ikon if I remeber my vocab is a visual representation of a person or object. Or is it Ikon as a short for Ikechukwu..still dont make sense. In fact the wack rhyme was actually..."in your face like CONTACT" a review is one person's opinion and not to beefed at ok. Since you know the lyrics why dont you point out one catchy line on the whole album that's impressed you.

A critical reviewer need tot sit with the artist for some insight into the latters minds. Or to ask hime to explain a line or a chorus. This aint no debate!! This aint no image making or album promotion either. It's this kinda mentality this that make our leaders detest being criticized or challenged. If I were you Id pick the positives (if any) and work on the negatives.

your review is very inaccurate and very unprofessional!

you lack facts and infact clarity on what the lyrics are for instance

“icon of the bomb track in your face like a contact”, correction is ''IKON 'ON' the bomb track''

if you are doing a review, you should have the whole 9 yards covered and not just speculate and give conclusions based on what 'you' think!

this is a very wack review and i think u should stop ''REVIEWING AS A WHOLE'' and stop misleading readers!
